Suspension of hockey related activities
Submitted By Matt Lallouet on Monday, December 21, 2020
With Ontario moving into the "grey"(lockdown) level of the provincial covid framework on Dec 26th, PCMHA must suspend all hockey related activities for a minimum of 28 days.

Over the last few days the executive was working on options for continuing developmental sessions only while we were in the red(protect) level. Your executive will continue to plan a safe option for development, in anticipation of returning to the "red" level. And will be prepared to resume games should we get back to “orange”.

In the event that PCMHA cannot continue the 20/21 season, families will be offered a pro-rated credit toward the 21\22 season for the weeks that fall under this suspension of operations. We will finalize everyone's credits if the decision to end the season has to be made.

We are sure you have questions. Just like you, your executive currently doesn't have all the answers. We will keep everyone updated. As soon as we know, our members will know. PCMHA executive remains committed to a return to play this season, so long as it is safe, financially viable, and permitted to do so under OHF/OMHA regulations.

PCMHA executives want to thank our coaches, trainers, and our development team for their dedication to not only teaching our game, but keeping our kids safe while doing so. And most importantly we want to thank our parents. Your continued patience and understanding, demonstrates the commitment you have to your organization and to your executive.

Have a safe and happy holiday!

Yours in Hockey,
PCMHA Executive Board
