Sportgo Lite is a platform for helping players perform better, and helping coaches lead their teams to success with the information needed to teach their players more about the game.

This platform or APP use to be called ProSmart, that partnered with SportsNet / Rogers Communications.  They recently changed the name to Sportgo Lite  and made it an even better tool for hockey coaches.

Sportgo Lite is a step by step hockey learning system which includes progressive week-by-week practice plans tailored to each division, animated and skill videos, as well as many other coaching resources like tips on bench management, parent meetings, health, injuries, and rink safety… just to name a few.

The best part of Sportgo Lite is that it’s FREE.  Sportgo Lite was developed by NHL Alumni in association with Scotia Bank and is being launched across Canada to all hockey Associations like ours.
