SUBSCRIBE TO SYNC YOUR PHONES AND PC’s
Submitted By Len Carthew on Sunday, October 28, 2018
Would you like to be able to import your team(s) schedules

into your other calendars, and automatically sync when

those schedules change?

Port Colborne Minor Hockey website provides a Live Calendar "Feed" which allows programs like Microsoft Outlook®, and  services like Google Calendar™; or devices like the Apple iPhone™, and Android phones  to import and combine with your other calendars.  Because it's a "feed" and not a "file" (which you can also export from this site), information changed on the site will automatically update in your other calendar(s).

In order for you to take advantage of this great option to follow your young hockey players schedules and scores, YOU MUST SUBSCRIBE to this feature.

It’s very easy to set this up.

On the Home Page of the PCMHA Website, scroll down to the content box titled Game & Tryout Schedule for the Next 5 Days”.  Keep scrolling to the bottom of that content box and locate the mesasage that reads…

You can use MyCal to combine schedules from multiple teams.

Or, Subscribe to multiple calendars at once.

Once you pick “My Cal or Subscribe”  a new window or page will appear and all you have to do is read and follow the instructions.  Use this page to create your own personal "Calendar Feed Address" which you can use to automatically synchronize your team(s) calendar with devices and software which allow "Subscribed" or "Internet" calendars.

For more details regarding some of the more common specific programs or devices please look at the Disclaimers and Instructions section within the My Cal and Subscription page.
