COVID SCREENING APP
Submitted By Matt Lallouet on Monday, September 28, 2020
Masotti Safety Management (MSM) has graciously provided us with access to their corporate safety reporting app. It has been modified for our use in reporting our covid screening.

All families are expected to use this app to report their covid screening prior to EVERY ON AND OFF ice participation.

NOTE: THIS APP IS AVAILABLE FOR iOS (APPLE) ONLY. I PADS ARE AVAILABLE TO USE AT THE RINK. PLEASE ASK A COACH IF YOU REQUIRE AN IPAD TO REPORT

The app will be loaded onto our ipads at the rink for those without access to an iOS device. Please remember to log out after you report on the ipads and treat them like a public access computer (do not save passwords or usernames) to the ipads

Please go to the following link and register on the system. Anyone who is dropping off a player will need access to this app to report.

https://www.msmecor.com/users/register-new/25

Once registered leave the browser and download MSM eCOR app from the play store

Once inside the app,you can login and go to the Audits page, it will be the only area you need to access.

next you will select second option IMG_0005.PNG

Continue through the report, paying close attention to the questions and answering properly as not to trigger an alert unless necessary. Sign and submit and you are done for that ice time.
