PLAY PAY RECONCILED
There seemed to be a lot of confusion around the instructions to add the second payment to your account. We were able to manually add the payments to everyone's account. This includes the downpayment for those that missed it.
All accounts now have current balances and the payment activities will match the amounts owed. You can forget the previous instructions, and will be able to go into your account and make a payment on your balance owed.
Please remit payments as soon as possible to avoid any disruption in ice time.
We hope this has made it easier for everyone, and thank you for your patience and understanding while we learn our new system.
