As well we have vacant positions available for those interested in joining the board.

AGM: Will be held Thursday May 19th, 2022 @ 7:00p.m. In the Golden Puck Room Upstairs at the Vale Health and Wellness Centre. All members are welcome to attend.
Membership consists of a maximum of two parents of all those under 18 who have paid annual registration fees. Or the player if they are 18 years or older. Each member in good standing is entitled to one vote on each of the motions arising at the annual meeting, and one per elected position. All elections will be by ballot.
Elections: Elections will be held for the following positions: Any member in good standing that has been, and accepted a nomination for a position will be included on the ballot.
2nd vice president – two (2) year term (even) incumbent Tim Charles
Treasurer – two (2) year term (even) incumbent Lise Benson
Registrar - two (2) year term (even) incumbent Matt lallouet
House league director – two (2) year term (even) vacant
Rep League director - two (2) year term, one (1) year remaining ( odd ) vacant
1st director at large - two (2) year term , one (1) year remaining(odd) vacant
2nd director at large -two (2) year term (even) vacant
3rd director at large- two(2) year term, one (1) year remaining (odd) vacant
