We are the champions What a game When it comes to team that has heart, soul, and determination, don't look any farther than our team. These kids played their butts off to earn this championship and it couldn't have happened to a more deserving team. Game 1 the team shut out Oakville 5 - 0 Game 2 the kids doubled up Paris #2 team 6 - 3 Game 3 they tied North Middlesex 3 -3 Both games 2 and 3 the boys were down 1- 3 when they staged tier comebacks. The Semi Finals was played against the Paris #1 team, Ryan and the rest of the boys earned their second shutout by a score of 6 - 0. The final game was the most exciting game this year. We scored the 1st goal...they tired it. Then with 5 minutes left in the game, we went ahead by a couple goals . They scored to make it 3 - 2 shortly after, but then we scored the eventual game winner. They made the game real interesting when they scored their 3rd goal to make a real nail biter, but we held on the claim the victory. So so proud of this group of kids for their perfect effort throughout the weekend, as well as being so very glad that we all had a great time. It was a ton of fun!!!
