#4 Tyke 2011 will take to the ice at 8:00 one Vale Centre Rink #1
#1 Tyke 2008 will take to the ice at 9:00 one Vale Centre Rink #1
#2 Tyke 2009 will take to the ice at 9:00 one Vale Centre Rink #1
You will also notice on the website that there are no teams listed; the children have been identified by their year of birth. So if lil Johnny was born in 2009, his group would be "#2 Tyke 2009". If lil Johnny was born in 2011, his group would be "#4 Tyke 2011". and so on...
This will be the way of identifying your child's grouping for ice-time for the time being. This way of grouping the children is not final, but as of right now it will be the best way for all to simply identify your time slots. This may change to some other type or way of grouping in the near future, but for now we will continue with this system.
There are a few men (coaches) who have stepped forward to offer their time and devotion to help with the development of our young hockey stars, and we thank them . At this point in in time with most of the Tyke players, development is the main focus and action that will be concentrated on. Development of their skating abilities is first and foremost, which is the most important skill that they can learn, then, everything else can build on from there.
