This tournament is sanctioned by the OMHA.
Your OMHA Approved Tournament Travel Permit and Approved OMHA Roster must be provided ASAP to the Tournament Coordinator by email or through Canada Post.
Your final roster must be provided one-hour prior to the first game.
Players and bench staff not on the approved roster will be considered ineligible to participate in the tournament.
The tournament format will consist of four divisions (Atom, Peewee, Bantam & Midget)
Eligible teams must be have an OMHA or equivalent classification of BB, B, CC and C to participate.
All teams are guaranteed 4 games.
All games are minimum 10-10-10.
Entry fee per team is $1000.00.
Payment is due by October 12th 2019
All payments must be in form of cheque or money order
